Preliminary AD margin calculated for US imports of Indian stainless bar

The US Department of Commerce (DOC) announced Monday the preliminary results of its administrative review of stainless steel bar from India
 
The review covers one Indian producer/exporter – Bhansali Bright Bars Pvt. Limited – during the period from February 1, 2013 through January 31, 2014. 
 
The DOC has calculated a preliminary weighted-average dumping margin of 0.00 (zero) percent for Bhansali Bright Bars.  The current dumping duty deposit rate for Bhansali Bright Bars is 2.01 percent.
 
The DOC plans to complete this review by July 2015, and the current dumping duty deposit rate will remain in effect until the DOC's final results are published in the Federal Register.
