Peru may cancel AD duties on HR and CR steel imports from Russia and Ukraine

Peru's National Institute for the Defense of Competition and the Protection of Intellectual Property (INDECOPI) by resolution No. 125-2010 has opened a process of revising the antidumping (AD) duties on imports of hot rolled and cold rolled steel from Russia and Ukraine, imposed in 1999, Russia's Ministry of Economic Development has announced.

According to established procedure, within 30 days, the parties concerned must confirm their participation in the review procedure and send completed questionnaires to INDECOPI.
