Pangang posts record iron ore concentrate output in August

Sichuan-based Chinese steelmaker Pangang Group produced 769,500 mt of iron ore concentrate in August, its highest historical monthly iron ore concentrate output. 
 
Pangang's Baima iron ore dressing plant produced 229,370 mt of iron ore concentrate in August, the first time its monthly output has exceeded 200,000 mt. As SteelOrbis previously reported, Pangang's Zhu Mine produced 1,245,200 mt of iron ore in August, its highest monthly output in the current year.
