Pakistan allows import of 3 steel items from India

The Pakistani government has decided to allow the import of three mild steel product categories from India in an effort to help the reconstruction of earthquake-affected areas in the country. According to the announcement, the government will allow imports of Grade 40/60 mild steel reinforcing bars, Grade 40/60 mild steel angle iron sections, and corrugated galvanized iron sheets from India till March 31, 2007.
