Outokumpu records decline in 2005 stainless sales
Outokumpu announced 8 percent year on year decrease in stainless steel deliveries of 2005 mainly due to low demand as a result of strong de-stocking in Europe and roll-out of new capacity in China. The company's total steel deliveries in 2005 totaled 1.65 million metric tons while the deliveries in 2004 were near to 1.79 million metric tons.Outokumpu records decline in 2005 stainless sales
