OMK issues Jan-Sept output data for foundry and rolling facility

Russian steel and pipe producer OMK has announced that in the first nine months of this year its foundry and rolling facility produced 699,367 mt of hot rolled coils, 144,951 mt of steel sheets and 90,409 mt of steel strips, while its deliveries for this period amounted to 681,091 mt of finished steel products.

In September, OMK's foundry and rolling facility produced 82,047 mt of hot rolled coils - up 20.7 percent, 8,970 mt of steel sheets - down 34.4 percent, and 18,618 mt of steel strips - up 37.2 percent, while its deliveries of finished steel products amounted to 76,383 mt - up 10.8 percent, all compared to August.
