Nucor lifts discount for 20 foot rebars

Nucor's bar division has announced it will no longer offer a discount for 20 foot long rebars in sizes #3 through #6. As a result, prices for this product will increase by $20 /nt to $40 /nt, depending on region and customers. The increase is effective immediately for all new orders. Orders that have already been placed will be price protected, if shipped no later than July 1, 2006.
