NLMK founds subsidiary

Novolipetsk Steel of Russia (NLMK) has announced the establishment of 100 percent owned subsidiary Vtorchermet NLMK, with fixed capital of Ruble 300,000 (approx. $11,149). The new company will work on collecting, processing and realization of scrap to ensure the needs of NLMK.
