Ningxia Steel starts construction of new wire rod project

Construction work has officially begun on the new high-speed wire rod project of Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region-based Chinese steelmaker Ningxia Iron and Steel (Group) Co., Ltd (Ningxia Steel), as announced by China Metallurgical Group Corporation (MCC). Construction work is being carried out by MCC subsidiary Huatian Engineering and Technology Corporation, MCC. The project in question will have an annual output capacity of 600,000 mt of high-speed wire rod after completion.
