New housing prices in China post year-on-year decline in just one city

According to China's National Bureau Statistics, of 70 medium and large cities surveyed in China, current prices of new housing have fallen in 14 cities, remained stable in 17 cities, while they have increased in the remaining cities, all compared with July prices.

On year-on-year basis, current new housing prices in China indicate a decline in just one city, while the increase rates in prices in 26 cities show a slowdown.
