MMK ups stake in Bashmetalloptorg

The Russian steelmaker Magnitogorsk Iron and Steel Works (MMK) has announced the acquisition of an additional stake in the Russian metal service center Bashmetalloptorg, thus raising its total stake in the company to 87.99 percent.

The acquisition of the additional stake in Bashmetalloptorg is in line with MMK's strategy aimed at the development of its own effective metal service center network.
