Russian steel producer Magnitogorsk Iron and Steel Works (
MMK) plans to launch production operations at the first stage of its mill 2000 on July 16. The rolling complex is assigned for the production of high-strength cold rolled and
galvanized metal. The mill 2000 will produce 2 million mt of products per year. The second stage of the complex will be commissioned next year.
