MMK issues detailed H1 output data

The Russian steelmaker Magnitogorsk Iron and Steel Works (MMK) has issued its production data for the first half of 2007. 

Accordingly, during the given period MMK produced 4.65 million metric tons of pig iron, 6.5 million metric tons of crude steel, and 5.95 million metric tons of commercial products including 266,300 metric tons of billets, 934,800 metric tons of long products, 3.26 million metric tons of HR, 757,900 metric tons of CR and 732,600 metric tons of high value added products.
