Masteel develops American standard H-beam for trailer trucks

China’s Masteel recently succeeded in producing American standard W12×19 H-beams for use in trailer trucks. Since the company’s small hot rolled H-beam production line came on line this past April, Masteel has developed nine series of common H-beam and light H-beam in a total of eighteen specifications. Masteel’s American standard H-beam for use in trailer trucks includes grades SM490YA, A992 and A572. The H-beam comes in W12×19 and W12×16 specifications. The requirements for steel used in American standard products are high in the aspects of performance, component and size.
