Malaysia launches AD probe against CRC imports from four countries

Malaysia’s Ministry of International Trade and Industry has announced that it has initiated an antidumping (AD) duty investigation against cold rolled coil (CRC) imports from China, Japan, South Korea and Vietnam.

The investigation launched upon the request of a local producer Mycron Steel covers cold rolled coil of iron and non-alloy steel with a width of at least 1,300 mm.

The products subject to the investigation currently fall under Customs Tariff Statistics Position Numbers 7209.15.00.00, 7209.16.90.00, 7209.17.90.00, 7209.18.99.00 and 7225.50.90.00.
