MAIR may build steel mill in Ukraine

Several Russian sources have reported that one of the main scrap processors in Russia, Industrial Group MAIR, plans to build a steel plant in Ukraine.

According to the report the new steel mill will be built on the premises of MAIR's Ukrainian subsidiary.
