LNM to start exclusive negotiations for BH Steel

According recent reports from the industry LNM Holdings NV won exclusivity for the privatization of BH Steel in Bosnia Herzigovnia and will soon start negotiations including the majority shareholders, government and Kuwaiti Investment Agency, which is one of the partners in the Bosnian longs producer. Talks are expected to last within a month. As previously reported by SteelOrbis, LNM Group and Ispat Group offered bids for BH Steel last month. $310 million was offered by Ispat Group to acquire 51% stake in the mill. Annual production capacity of BH Steel is at 200'000 tons.
