LNM to sign a deal with Romanian plants

As previously reported by SteelOrbis; LNM Holding, the second largest producer in the world, has submitted an offer for the privatization of Romania's state owned mills Siderurgica and Petrotub. Accordingly, Romanian government is going to sign a privatization deal with LNM today . LNM was the only bidder who submitted an offer, according to privatization agency Apaps. Furthermore, details of the social package and dismissals will be clarified later.
