LNM signs agreement with Balkan Steel International

According to the statement released from LNM Group, the company has signed an agreement with Balkan Steel International to acquire majority of the shares of two steel companies in Macedonia. One of the companies, which will be acquired by LNM, is a hot strip mill with a capacity of 1.2 million ton and the other is a cold rolling mill with a capacity of 1 million ton. The transaction has not been finalized yet, however LNM has already began to become involved in the recovery of the companies.
