Lingyuan Steel posts net loss of RMB 1.557 billion for 2025

Liaoning Province-based Chinese steelmaker Ansteel Group Lingyuan Iron and Steel Co., Ltd. (Lingyuan Steel) has issued its financial report for 2025, announcing an operating revenue of RMB 15.661 billion ($2.3 billion), down 13.46 percent year on year, while posting a net loss of RMB 1.557 billion ($0.22 billion) for the given year, down from a net loss of RMB 1.678 billion recorded in 2024.

In 2025, Lingyuan Steel produced 4.88 million mt of crude steel and 4.3568 million mt of finished steel, down 6.81 percent and 15.08 percent year on year, respectively.
