On July 31, Hunan Province-based Lianyuan Steel released unchanged ex-factory prices for its flat products for August. The details are as follows:
HR:
Ex-factory prices have remained unchanged. Thus, the new price of Q235 2.75 mm is still at RMB 4,010/mt ($530/mt), while that of Q235 5.5 mm is at RMB 3,810/mt ($503/mt).
CR:
The ex-factory prices of CR have also remained constant. As a result, the price of 1.0 mm thick SPCC CRC is still RMB 4,620/mt ($610/mt).
Full Hard:
Ex-factory prices have not changed. Thus, the price of 1.0 mm thick SPCC Full Hard remains at RMB 4,230/mt ($559/mt).
Galvanized coil:
Ex-factory prices have remained constant. As a result, the price of 1.0 mm thick ST01 is still RMB 4,890/mt ($646/mt).
The above prices include 17 percent VAT and are effective as of August 1, 2007.
