LianYuan Steel issues latest ex-factory prices

SteelOrbis Shanghai On January 16, Hunan Province-based LianYuan Steel announced its latest ex-factory prices for a number of flat products. The details are as follows: 1. Prices of HR coils increased RMB 180/mt ($23/mt). As a result, the price of 5.5 mm Q235 is now at RMB 4,060/mt ($522/mt). 2. Prices of CR coils increased RMB 80/mt ($10/mt). Following the adjustment, the price of SPCC 1.0 mm is at RMB 4,800/mt ($617/mt). 3. Prices of full hard coils increased RMB 50/mt ($6/mt). Thus, the ex-factory price of Q195 1.0 mm is now at RMB 4,300/mt ($553/mt). 4. Prices of galvanized coils increased RMB 50/mt ($6/mt). As a result, the price of ST01 1.0 mm galvanized coils has risen to RMB 5,450/mt ($701/mt). All the above prices include taxes and are effective as of January 16, 2007.
