Korean galvanized makers to increase production

According to market sources; the Korean galvanized steel makers, Union Steel, Hysco and Dongbu have decided to increase the supply of galvanized material into the market. The mentioned companies have been keeping the supply at a limited level in an effort to push prices as high as possible along with their profits capitalizing on the strong demand, during the first half of the year. However, taking into consideration the strong pressure from the buyers, they have decided to increase production quantity to maximum level to meet the demand.
