Khuzestan Steel Co. increases steel exports

Iranian steelmaker Khuzestan Steel Complex exported 740,000 tons of steel worth $262 million in the first nine months of the current Iranian year. The company's exports accounted for 40 percent of its total production. Khuzestan Steel exports slabs, billets and blooms to Italy, Indonesia, Kuwait, Thailand, Taiwan, Saudi Arabia, the UK and the UAE. The company's total export volume is expected to reach 900,000 tons by the end of the current Iranian year.
