JSW Steel’s crude steel output up eight percent in July

JSW Steel, one of the largest Indian steelmakers, produced 1.37 million mt of crude steel in July of this year, showing an increase of eight percent year on year.

According to the company's statement, in the given month JSW Steel produced 986,000 mt of flat rolled products, increasing by one percent, while its long rolled product output totaled 306,000 mt, up 41 percent, both on year-on-year basis.
