Jobs in German metal manufacturing decrease 1.6 percent in November

In November last year, the number of jobs in the manufacturing sector in Germany increased by 0.7 percent or about 40,000 year on year to 5.4 million, according to Germany's Federal Statistical Office (Destatis).
 
In November, the number of jobs in German metal and metal product manufacturing decreased by 1.6 percent year on year. 
 
In the given month, an increase of 1.1 percent was recorded in the number of jobs in manufacture of fabricated metal products in Germany compared to November 2015.
