Gansu Province-based Chinese steel company Jiugang Steel Group Co. (JISCO) has announced that it has successfully produced its first batch of Q370R grade pressure vessel plate. The batch in question totaled 400 mt.
Up to now, JISCO has only been able to produce pressure vessel steel plate of Q345R grade, the tensile strength of which is 25 MPa lower than Q370R grade.
