JISCO orders two HDG production lines from Japan

SteelOrbis Shanghai On January 17, Nippon Steel Corporation's Engineering Department announced that Nippon Steel, Mitsubishi and Fuji Electric Systems Co. Ltd obtained an order from Gansu Province-based China Jiugang Steel Group Co. Ltd (JISCO) for two hot dip galvanized production lines. The capacity of one of the lines is 400,000 metric tons of HDG per annum, while that of the other line is 350,000 metric tons per annum. The contract value is worth approximately 8 billion Yen ($66 million).
