ITC initiates review for welded SS pipe from Korea and Taiwan

The US International Trade Commission (ITC) instituted a five-year review for the antidumping duty order on certain welded stainless steel pipe imported from Korea and Taiwan. ITC issued a notice that it had instituted a five-year review to determine whether revocation of the antidumping duty orders on certain welded stainless steel pipe imported from Korea and Taiwan would likely lead to continuation or recurrence of material injury for US domestic industries. Interested parties are requested to submit their comments by October 21, 2005.
