Italy’s new passenger vehicle registrations down 5.5 percent in October

According to ANFIA, the Italian automotive industry association, in October this year new passenger vehicle registrations in Italy amounted to 132,703 units, decreasing by 5.5 percent year on year. In October 2010, new registrations had already fallen by 28.5 percent compared to October 2009.

In the first 10 months of the current year, new passenger vehicle registrations in Italy reached 1,502,922 units, down 10.8 percent compared to the same period last year.
