Iran’s Khorasan Steel sees billet output rise by 11 percent
Iranian state-owned steelmaker Khorasan Steel produced 440,000 mt of billet in the first 10 months of the current Iranian year (started March 21, 2009), up about 11 percent on 397,000 mt in the corresponding period of the previous year, according to the newly published figures from the Iranian Mines and Mining Industries Development and Renovation Organization (IMIDRO).
