Iran’s Khorasan Steel posts 23 percent rise in billet output

Iranian steelmaker Khorasan Steel produced 636,000 mt of steel billet and 576,000 mt of rebar in the first 11 months of the last Iranian year (ended March 20), rising by 23 percent and nine percent respectively compared to the same period of the previous Iranian year, according to the newly published data from the Iranian Mines and Mining Industries Development and Renovation Organization (IMIDRO).
