Iran Alloy Steel’s bloom output stays flat year on year

Iranian alloy steel producer Iran Alloy Steel produced 163,000 mt of blooms and 169,000 mt of finished steel in the first eight months of the current Iranian year, which started on March 21, 2010.

The figures represent a stable trend and an increase of 14 percent respectively compared to the same period of the last Iranian year, according to the Iranian Mines and Mining Industries Development and Renovation Organization (IMIDRO).
