The Ukrainian Antimonopoly Commission (AKM) has granted permission to Ukrainian pipe producer Interpipe Limited for its proposed acquisition of a 50 percent stake in the local scrap processor Dnepropetrovsk Vtormet.
Dnepropetrovsk Vtormet deals with the collection and processing of scrap, as well as with the preparation of metal charge for local steelmakers.
