India’s RINL floats export tender for 30,000 mt of billet for end-October delivery

India’s state-run steel producer Rashtriya Ispat Nigam Limited (RINL) had floated an export tender for 30,000 mt of prime concast billet for delivery by the end of October this year, company sources said on Wednesday, September 7.

The last date for submission of bids had been fixed for September 15, and sale will be against letter of credit, the sources said. The minimum bid volume has been set at 20,000 mt.
