India’s RINL floats export tender for 15,000 mt of wire rod for June delivery

Indian state-run steel producer Rashtriya Ispat Nigam Limited (RINL) has floated an export tender for 15,000 mt of prime non-alloy steel wire rod for delivery by June 15, 2022, company sources said on Tuesday, May 10.

The last date for submission of bids has been fixed for May 13, with delivery against irrevocable letter of credit.

The minimum bid volume has been set at 5,000 mt with multiples of 500 mt thereafter up to the maximum tonnage on offer, the sources said.
