Hunan Valin Liangang Import & Export may sign offtake deal with Havilah

Australian miner Havilah Resources has signed a non-binding deal with two Chinese companies for the development of its Maldorky iron ore project in eastern South Australia, located about 340 km northeast of Adelaide.

Under the terms of the agreement, Hunan Province-based Chinese company Hunan Valin Liangang Import and Export Co. is expected to sign an offtake agreement with Havilah.

Meanwhile, Hunan Province-based Zoomlion Material Handling Equipment Co. would provide all needed processing and mining equipment and provide assistance in developing needed infrastructures.
