Tangshan municipal government of Hebei province announced on June 27 that it will implement strict controlling measures on sintering machines.
Accordingly, A-level steel enterprises will halt one sintering machine, while other steel enterprises will halt half of their sintering machines. Due to the loss on coking plants’ side, most of them halted their production by 15-30 percent, while a few of them halted 50 percent due to loss and environmental protection.
