Hebei Province to achieve coke capacity reduction target for 2016

China’s Hebei Province has announced that, after taking measures and strengthening supervision, it expects to achieve its metallurgical coke capacity reduction target of 800,000 mt for 2016 by the end of November. The outdated and excess metallurgical coke capacity of Hebei Province is located in the city of Handan.
