Hebei Province cancels punitive electricity charges for 43 local enterprises

The government of the Chinese province of Hebei has announced the termination of punitive electricity charges for 43 local enterprises (including steelmaking enterprises), out of the total 99 enterprises in the province which have been subject to punitive electricity charges since July 1, 2010.
 
The commodity price bureau of Hebei Province stated that the energy consumption of the 43 enterprises is now at the levels required by the province.
