Galvanized sheet line opened at Mobarakeh Steel
According to recent news in the market, Iranian mill Mobarakeh Steel Complex has recently opened the first
galvanized and colored sheet line in
Middle East.
The new line will produce 300'000 tons of
galvanized and colored sheets per annum.
It is reported that
Iran has met its
galvanized and colored sheets requirement from imports so far, however the new line will meet 70% of country's
galvanized sheet need and 100% of country's colored sheet need.
