Frenzy in China over AD investigations
The Chinese market is in a frenzied state since official announcement was made on May 20 that the government will start investigations on safeguard measures for steel imports. This is causing a stir in China where prices continue to skyrocket and Chinese steel mills are trying to file anti-dumping action on hot coil, galvanized, tinplate and color-coated steel.
