Final results of sunset review on SSSS in coils from Japan
The US Department of Commerce (DOC) publishes final results of expedited sunset review of the antidumping duty order on stainless steel sheet and strip in coils imported from Japan. DOC, on June 1, 2004 initiated sunset review of the antidumping duty order on stainless steel sheet and strip in coils imported from Japan. On the basis of adequate responses from domestic interested parties and inadequate responses from respondent interested parties, DOC determined to conduct an expedited (120-day) sunset review for the antidumping duty order on imports of subject merchandise. As a result of the review, DOC determined that revocation of the antidumping duty order would be likely to lead to continuation or recurrence of dumping.
