Final results of AD review on SSSS in coils from France
On August 30, 2004, the US Department of Commerce (DOC) initiated an antidumping administrative review on stainless steel sheet and strip imported from France. On August 8, 2005, the DOC published the preliminary results of the antidumping administrative review on stainless steel sheet and strip in coils imported from France. The period of review was July 1, 2003, through June 30, 2004. The review covered one producer/exporter of subject merchandise, namely Ugine & ALZ France, S.A (U&A). The DOC preliminarily determined a dumping margin of 11.11 percent for U&A. The DOC decided to make changes to the preliminary results, based on the analysis of the comments.
