Final results of AD review on rebar imported from Turkey

The US Department of Commerce (DOC), on May 5, 2004 published preliminary results of administrative review of the antidumping review on certain steel concrete reinforcing bars (rebar) imported from Turkey. The period of review was April 1, 2002 through March 31, 2003. The review covers three Turkish producer/exporter of the subject merchandise. DOC determined to rescind the review with respect to 19 other producer/exporter of the subject merchandise as they had no shipments in the US during the period of review. Moreover, DOC decided not to revoke the antidumping duty order with respect to an additional exporter, ICDAS Celik Enerji Tersane ve Ulasim Sanayi A.S. DOC made certain changes in the margin calculation. Accordingly effective as of November 8, 2004 final weighted-average dumping margins for the related producers are as per the following:
