Final results of AD review on rebar imported from Latvia

The US Department of Commerce (DOC) published the final results of an antidumping administrative review on steel concrete reinforcing bars imported from Latvia. On October 22, 2004, the DOC initiated an administrative review of the antidumping duty order on steel concrete reinforcing bars imported from Latvia. The review covered one Latvian producer/exporter, JSC Liepajas Metalurgs, during the period September 1, 2003, through August 31, 2004. On October 7, 2005, the DOC preliminarily calculated a weighted-average dumping margin of 8.84 percent for the Latvian producer. After analyzing the comments received, the DOC decided to make changes in the preliminary results. Accordingly, final results differ from the preliminary results. The final weighted-average dumping margin existing for the period September 1, 2003, through August 31, 2004, is as follows:

Producer/exporter Margin

Joint Stock Company
Liepajas Metalurgs.......................5.24%
