Final results of AD review on imports of reinforcing bars from Latvia
The Department of Commerce (DOC), on June 10, 2004 published preliminary results of the anti-dumping administrative review on imports of steel concrete reinforcing bars from Latvia. The review covers only one producer of the subject merchandise, namely Joint Stock Company Liepajas Metalurgs and the period of review is September 1, 2002 through August 31, 2003. The final results differ from the preliminary results of this review based on the analysis of comments. DOC, as a final result, determined that the following weighted average margin exists for the imports of steel concrete reinforcing bars from the above cited producer:Producer Margin Joint Stock Company Liepajas Metalurgs.....................3.01%
