Final results of AD review on CTL plate from Romania
The US Department of Commerce (DOC) published final results of a changed circumstances review of an antidumping duty on certain cut-to-length carbon steel plate imported from Romania. On May 3, 2005, the DOC published both a notice of initiation and the preliminary results of a changed circumstances review of the antidumping duty finding on certain cut-to-length carbon steel plate imported from Romania. The DOC preliminarily determined that Mittal Steel Galati, S.A (Mittal Steel) is the successor-in-interest to S.C Ispat Sidex S.A. Since the DOC received no comments on the preliminary results, the DOC adopted the preliminary results as the final results. Therefore, the DOC will accord the new company the same antidumping treatment as its predecessor.Final results of AD review on CTL plate from Romania
