Final results of AD review on certain WR from Trinidad & Tobago
On November 19, 2002, the US Department of Commerce (DOC) initiated an antidumping administrative review for carbon and certain alloy steel wire rod imported from Trinidad & Tobago. The period of review is October 1, 2003, through September 30, 2004. As previously reported by SteelOrbis, the DOC preliminarily determined that Carribean Ispat Limited (CIL) and its affiliates Ispat North America Inc (INA) and Walker Wire (Ipsat) Inc (Walker Wire) (collectively CIL), sold subject merchandise at less than normal value (NV) during the period of review. The weighted-average dumping margin for CIL was determined as 6.19 percent. After evaluating the comments received, the DOC decided to make changes in the margin calculation. Accordingly, the final results do differ from the preliminary results.
