Final results of AD review on certain steel beams from Korea
On September 3, 2004, the US Department of Commerce (DOC) published preliminary results of an antidumping duty administrative review on structural steel beams imported from South Korea. The review covered August 1, 2002, through July 31, 2003. Based on comments received, the DOC determined to make no changes in the preliminary results. Therefore, the final results of the subject review do not differ from the preliminary results. Accordingly, the following weighted-average duty margins exist for imports from the specified South Korean producers:Producer/exporter Margin INI Steel Company.............................16.62% Dongkuk Steel Mill Co, Ltd.....................4.39%
